Winne focuses on climate justice, global health and new economic thinking. In recent years, she has worked in these areas with various civil society organizations and movements as a communicator, campaigner and policy advocate. She graduated in Global Health Sciences at Maastricht University, focusing specifically on Political Economy of Health and Planetary Health, and is currently obtaining a second master’s degree in Degrowth: Policy, Economy and Ecology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
